Does This Sound Familiar?

  • You wake up late; quickly pray Fajr (or sometimes miss it), rush kids to school, get to work, and for the rest of the day you always feel behind.

  • Work eats everything: salah gets squeezed, family gets your leftovers, and the gym is a distant memory.

  • You know what a good routine looks like, and you’ve experienced it a few times, but you still can't make yours stick.

  • You’ve tried every productivity tool, app, and planner—yet you still feel disorganized and overwhelmed.

Your routine is personal. Fixing your routine should be personal too.

When your body's off, you see a doctor. When your routine is off, who do you consult?

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Is this therapy or life coaching?

Neither. It's a focused, practical consultation about your daily routine—sleep, salah, work, family, health. Our trainers are not licensed therapists or medical professionals, and this program isn't a substitute for mental health treatment. If something needs a doctor or therapist, your trainer will say so honestly and encourage you to seek that support.

Question 2: I'm extremely busy—that's the whole problem.

Perfect. The intake takes ~7 minutes, the call is 60. Busy people are exactly who this is for; the prescription is designed around the time you actually have, not the time you wish you had.

Question 3: What if I've failed every routine I've ever tried?

Then you're our favorite kind of client. The #1 reason routines fail is prescribing too much. Yours will have three changes maximum, and week one will feel almost embarrassingly easy. That's deliberate.

Question 4: Is the service of the 1:1 Routine Doctor segregated?

Yes. Farah will hold calls with female clients only, while Dr. Mohannad will hold calls with male clients. This arrangement is in place to uphold an Islamically sound environment and to give you the comfort and support you need to speak openly with your routine doctor.

Question 5: What language is the consultation call conducted in?

The consultation call is conducted in English. However, Dr. Mohannad can also take on male clients who speak Arabic.

Question 6: Can I record or keep a recording of my 1:1 consultation?

Yes. Your 1:1 consultation will be recorded, and a copy of the recording will be sent to you within 48 hours of your session, along with your personalized written prescription.

Question 7: Do I need to be a Productive Muslim student?

No. The checkup is complete on its own. (If you later want the full program, Routine Doctor clients get a discount through their trainer.)

Question 8: What's your refund policy?

Cancellations made 24+ hours before your call are fully refundable. Within 24 hours or after the session, we're unable to offer a refund, your trainer has reserved that time exclusively for you.

Question 9: What if I need to reschedule or miss my call?

Reschedule once for free with 24+ hours' notice. No-shows or reschedules within 24 hours forfeit the session, non-refundable, as your trainer has already honored their commitment to the time.

Stop redesigning your routine alone.

Get it diagnosed by someone trained to see what you can't.
